on ending the sem
well, one to go. one exam in physio and i'll be off to a soopah sembreak. yey. but really, i'll miss a lot of things this sem and people and events that happened. i know it's a 'patapon' sem in the words of some of my peeps and yeah it was a really hard cut. the subjects were horrible! they were scrunched up in this bitch wee wee bit of time. i had to read a lot lot lot of stuff, get a lot of shit in my hippocampus and do a lot of requirements. *breathe*BUT.now it's over and i'll try to list down the stuff that went by. for kicks. :)** oh shit wala. :D nah, i'm too lazy to remember them all.i'll tell you about my teachers though.
1. this is sir cuenca. i just love this guy. he could be the sweetest and most caring teacher that i'll ever meet. his face is just so genuine everytime he says "guys, do you understand? i'm getting scared na" i mean who says that? and for other people? anyway, quick facts: he teaches physio psych (the only one in the department), he studies in up manila, he is an anesthesiologist in st. lukes hospital, unmarried i think. (sabi ni cindy. haha), teaches in ateneo med school pa. how can he possibly be married with a damn schedule like that. f.y.i: i may have flunked all his exams because they were all mighty hard and i think he's proud of that. uh huh. he's so diligent, from attendance to make up classes to reports to posting at the yahoo groups. he lets us sleep in class, he lets us eat and do whatever we want in his class provided we shut up. i never ever talked in his class, i didn't think he knew me but he did pala, in one of our exams, he used my nickname for one of the situational questions. so there. in the last session, he even announced a photo op. who does that? (but i like it) and he even gave us this article he kept for 16 years. i'll post it soon. basta, more power sir cuenca. find a wife will ya. :)
2. this is sir enzo. he is not as caring but he is an okay teacher. i didn't have to give a damn in his class, i don't get high but i pass. most of the time. he just keeps talking and talking and writing on his little whiteboard. i don't have to listen but i get what he says. in our last session, he got pressured daw because someone told him about sir cuenca's article so he looked for an appropriate one also and read to us. we also had a photo op unannounced. haha. i can't really say a lot about this guy, all he talked about was statistics, anova, spss and z-scores. he knew what he was talking about but he wasn't the greatest stat teacher. he was just nice and easy, that's all. :) 3. that's pretty much it. haha. i'll miss my soccer classmates. surely i won't be playing as much soccer anymore. :( but i'll try. i'll miss the bonfire because it was the only event in school that i actually was interested in going to. :) i'll miss my sleepless nights. i'll miss my laboratory reports. i'll miss my gigs. :) i guess that's some of the things. :)
